From the selected chart to an assessment
Choose the supported symbol and timeframe in the chart workspace. Let the chart finish loading, check that labels and price history are visible, and request analysis. The workspace captures the rendered chart image and supplies the expected symbol to the analysis request.
Read the returned instrument, timeframe and visible evidence before considering its BUY, SELL or WAIT assessment. Confirm the actual current quote and any suggested prices on the live platform; a successful chart capture is not proof that every scale label was read correctly.
- Select the intended supported market
- Check symbol, timeframe and readable price axis
- Request a capture-based analysis
- Verify the output against the current chart
What “live” does and does not mean
The displayed chart can update, but the AI assessment is based on a captured image. It is not an always-on scan of every market or a promise of a direct institutional OHLC feed. It does not automatically place or manage orders.
A result can become stale immediately if a fast move, news event or unfinished candle changes the structure. Compare the capture time with the decision time and request a new assessment when relevant evidence changes.
When a new capture is more useful than another question
A follow-up question can clarify why the original result chose WAIT or which level invalidates a setup. It cannot make an older screenshot reveal new candles. Recapture after a meaningful break, close, retest or material price move.
If higher-timeframe structure changes the interpretation, use the separate multi-timeframe workflow rather than assuming that one entry chart contains all context.
Separate chart analysis, alerts and execution
TradeStreamAI indicators and TradingView alerts are different from the image-analysis request. An alert can prompt a fresh review; it does not mean the earlier analysis is still current. Configure alerts in your own TradingView account and verify their settings.
The screenshot-analysis tools do not connect to your broker or execute trades. The separate PocketPilot product has a different automation scope; do not transfer its behavior or claims to this feature.
Questions about live chart analysis
Does live chart analysis run continuously?
No. A user requests an assessment of a captured visible chart. The chart display may update independently of that assessment.
Can I upload my own screenshot instead?
Yes. The separate AI Chart Analyzer accepts a chart screenshot in the Pro workflow. Its public guide explains preparation and limits.
Does it execute orders?
No. TradeStreamAI chart analysis and Copilot provide decision support. You verify the information and control any execution separately.
How should I compare different timeframes?
Use the 2–4-image multi-timeframe workflow for the same instrument. Check conflicting evidence instead of assuming the smaller chart determines the whole market direction.
