This page covers two separate services: the TradeStreamAI website and the Trade AI mobile application. Sections labelled “Website service” apply to website use and website purchases. Sections labelled “Mobile application” apply to the mobile app. If a website provision conflicts with a mobile-specific provision, the mobile-specific provision applies to use of the mobile app. A website purchase does not automatically provide mobile Pro access, and a mobile subscription does not automatically provide paid website access.
By accessing and using TradeStreamAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
TradeStreamAI provides AI-powered trading analysis tools. We offer analysis of financial charts based on technical indicators and patterns.
Disclaimer: The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. TradeStreamAI is not a financial advisor. Trading involves significant risk, and you should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis or the profitability of any trade.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TradeStreamAI and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall TradeStreamAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These mobile terms apply to Trade AI: Chart Analyzer, including Android package com.tradeai.chartanalysis and the iOS version where available. The app is operated by Adil Digital Ltd, trading as TradeStreamAI. By using the mobile app, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old.
The app offers AI-assisted chart interpretation, educational analysis, and AI chat. Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Levels inferred from chart images are estimates, not verified live prices, and a confidence score is not a probability of profit.
The app does not execute trades, hold funds, act as your broker, or provide personalized investment advice. Verify information independently and make your own decisions. Trading can result in substantial losses; no prediction, return, or profit is guaranteed.
Free access has usage limits and may display advertisements. Pro provides the features and usage allowances shown in the app when you subscribe. Pro is subject to usage limits and does not mean unlimited service. Ad availability varies; Free users are not guaranteed to receive an ad on every visit.
Android subscriptions are purchased through Google Play. On iOS, where offered, subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s App Store. The price, currency, billing interval, and any offer conditions are shown in the store purchase screen before confirmation.
Monthly and yearly mobile Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the displayed billing interval until canceled, subject to the store’s terms and any applicable offer conditions. The store charges your payment method according to its billing rules. The website’s Whop, cryptocurrency, and non-renewing yearly-plan rules do not apply to mobile subscriptions.
Manage or cancel an Android subscription through Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On iOS, use Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel before the renewal date shown by your store to avoid the next renewal charge.
After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the period confirmed by the store. If the subscription expires, is revoked, or payment fails and the store no longer reports valid entitlement, Pro access ends. A store-authorized grace period may temporarily continue access.
Uninstalling the app or deleting your app account does not cancel the subscription. Refund requests follow the applicable store’s process and policies and your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Use Restore purchases in the app to check an eligible existing subscription. Restoration depends on the original store purchase and the app’s account-verification rules. A mobile purchase does not automatically unlock paid website services or guarantee transfer between Apple and Google Play.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You must have permission to upload that content. You allow us and our service providers to process it as needed to provide the requested features, maintain your history, and handle your reports, as described in the mobile Privacy Policy.
Do not submit sensitive information unnecessarily, misuse accounts or purchase restoration, bypass usage limits, distribute unlawful content, or use the app to facilitate fraud, market manipulation, or other unlawful activity. You can report problematic AI responses using the app’s reporting control.
Features may be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, AI-provider failures, or store-verification problems. We may address abuse or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and your rights relating to paid services.
You can delete your account through Settings → Delete account and data or request deletion online. Deletion removes associated active app data as described in the mobile Privacy Policy. Cancel any subscription separately before deleting your account.
We may update these mobile terms and will publish the revised version with its update date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. For mobile support, billing questions, or legal requests, contact support@tradestreamai.com.
