Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments on its hosted checkout. We store the order, invoice and payment identifiers, selected plan, payment status, price, account email, and access-expiration date needed to verify payment and provide the purchased access. We do not receive or store your wallet private keys or seed phrase. NOWPayments processes transaction and wallet information under its own privacy terms.
Card payments are processed by Whop on its hosted checkout. We share your account email with Whop to connect the purchase to your TradeStreamAI account, and store the Whop user and membership identifiers, selected plan, access-expiration date, billing-management link, and cancellation status needed to provide and manage access. TradeStreamAI does not receive or store your full card details.
