How TradeStreamAI analyzes a trading chart

TradeStreamAI is an AI-assisted technical-analysis tool. It interprets visible evidence in a user-provided chart and returns a structured second opinion. It does not predict the future, execute trades, or guarantee that a setup will succeed.

1. User-provided input

The system reviews the chart image, visible symbol and timeframe, price structure, and any indicators shown. It cannot see live order books, private broker data, future news, or information outside the uploaded image unless explicitly supplied.

2. Technical observations

The model looks for visible trend structure, support and resistance, momentum, volatility, candlestick behavior, breakout or rejection patterns, and conflicts between those signals.

3. Structured output

The response can include market bias, a BUY, SELL, or WAIT classification, possible entry type and zone, invalidation or stop-loss level, take-profit targets, risk-reward context, and a plain-language rationale.

4. Risk controls

Quality checks reject incomplete or internally inconsistent levels. A WAIT outcome is appropriate when the chart is unclear. Users should independently verify every price, account for spreads and slippage, and size risk before acting.

What the confidence score means

A confidence score summarizes how strongly the visible chart factors agree with one another. It is not a verified win probability, historical performance rate, or promise of profit. Scores from different charts should not be treated as statistically identical forecasts.

Known limitations

  • A cropped, blurry, mislabeled, or low-resolution chart can produce an incorrect interpretation.
  • Technical patterns are probabilistic and can fail after news, gaps, liquidity changes, or sudden volatility.
  • The model may misread a symbol, timeframe, indicator, price scale, or chart annotation.
  • Quoted levels do not include every broker's spread, commission, slippage, swap, or contract rules.
  • Past examples and demo outputs are illustrative and are not evidence of future performance.
